What can Net Zero Builders do that others cannot
Net Zero builders Ltd have a team of partners from starting with a planning consultant who will work with our architects to design a development that is suitable for the land you own.
Once the design has been agreed using all methods of reducing carbon emissions, a pre-application is forwarded to the planning dept./Council.
After their feedback we continue with planning procedures and forward a design and access statement. This will consist of – architectural plans, geotechnical, ecology, highways report to name a few.
Once planning has been obtained then we start to finalise design and cost for the developments.
